Trains
Steam trains and historic railway preservation lines have been an interest since I was a young boy. I took the train each day to and from primary school on my own and used to wait for my train home each afternoon and watch the main line steam trains roaring through Surbiton station. Life was much safer then as I can’t imagine allowing an 8 year old child to do that journey today especially in the rush hour each morning.
