Waverley
On bank holiday Monday 25th of May 2026 I went on a cruise on this wonderful old ship. It’s the last ocean going steam ship in the world. The cruise was only for 3 hours from Penzance to Land’s End and back to Penzance. It was a very hot day with a heat haze which made it difficult at times to get good landscape images. It only took an hour to get to Land’s End so we had a very slow journey back but headed over Mounts Bay to St Michaels Mount which was not expected.
